   Thanks so much for commenting – bison tastes great, somewhat like steak but a lot leaner, a little sweeter and if you overcook it it gets tough, so keep it rare to medium rare and enjoy

   Great job Maria:D I never had bison before but you have inspired me to try it just by watching ur video.
