hey georei, we now …
hey georei, we now do most of our “low and slow” on water smokers, and once you try it you’ll see why. It’s the UFO shaped lid providing natural heat convection, and that bird bath beneath the meat that’s the pure genius behind the engineering. -BBQ Pit Boys
hey troy5690, look …
hey troy5690, look for “loin” back pork ribs and the smallest size you can find. Same thing except any loin ribs under 1.75lbs per slab are considered “Baby Backs”! -BBQ Pit Boys
The water smokers …
The water smokers are the best way to do old style bbq. People with those big boxy smokers are missing out. In the Q world bigger isn’t always better. My smoker is the Masterbuilt Triple Crown smoker. I bought it at a yard sale for $20.00. Brand new I was looking at over $100. Best $20 I spent in a long time.
